Tuesday
It’s
the start of the presentation and I am glad that my presentation slot would be
on tomorrow. So as Rose Marie thus we had this time to sleep through the
morning and only wake up when it’s going to be in the afternoon for us to eat
lunch. Huiting however had her presentation today afternoon and she was
frantically trying to get her powerpoint slides in perfection and getting ready
her speech. While Rose and I were lazing around for a while, Huiting was
getting ready for her presentation as time gets closer. By the time she went
off to the classroom at block A, we gave her a last minute encouragement and
began to start on our slides.
Rose
and I met up with Huiting and Faiz for lunch and began to talk about the
presentation. Hearing about their feedbacks, I began to feel nervous and panic
a little because so far I only had finished my research and had not done my
slides yet. When we finally got back to the dorm, I quickly start on my slides
but despite knowing the need to finish up my powerpoint slides, I was not fully
focus and was still playing around like I do not have any sense of urgency. When
Rose had already done with her slides and was halfway doing her speech by
night, I was still doing and editing my half of my powerpoint slides. When I finally
finished my slides when it was going to be midnight. I began rushing to do my
speech until about 1am plus in the morning until I was not able to take it
anymore and went to sleep instead, even though I was not done with my written
speech planning. All I can hope is for the best in my presentation as I hardly
had any time to practice on what I would be presenting. I can now just hope and
believe on my brain to work in the morning tomorrow since my timeslot was at
10am.
