Wednesday
As
per usual, we had our lesson in the morning and the afternoon. We were also
told beforehand that we would have our first UESTC lesson in the afternoon
today. Thus I was really looking forward to the very first lesson by a UESTC
lecturer as I would be able to learn more about the culture here in China. But
when it was time for the UESTC lesson, there was no teacher in sight. Mr Teh
was then frantically trying to contact the lecturer and found out that the
lecturer is already overseas and that the first UESTC lesson had to be
canceled. We had no other choice but to continue with our AC Circuit tutorials.
I was really disappointed when I got to know that the class was canceled. This is
because ever since we got into this campus, many plans that were stated on the
timetable that was given to us stated that we will be having industrial trips
but ended up not one was organized for us. Also we were not able to start our
first AC Circuit lesson on schedule since we were not being able to book a
classroom.
Not
only that, we also had to arrange our trip to the city by ourselves when they
were supposed to assist us in it. Somehow I feel like we were not really
favored maybe because of the past badge who came for this OIP trip and angered
the lecturers. Therefore we, this year badge had to suffer from the cold
treatment we were given. No matter what, I just hope that this year we showed
them another side of Ngeen Ann Polytechnic that we can be discipline and better
that the past badge in terms of attitude so that when the next badge came for
this trip, they would not have to suffer like us.
